We’re always happy to hear about your home and to talk about how we can work together.
A complete contrast to Dustin’s childhood dream to be a pilot in the Royal Navy, his career in interiors started at the age of 20 where Dustin was recruited to join a UK furniture and kitchen manufacturing and retail business in Tetbury.
Dustin spent the next 10 years developing his skills in furniture design and manufacturing and at the same time gained valuable experience in operating a small multi-million-pound business with 9 retail outlets across the South West.
“I fell into this industry by sheer chance and have loved it ever since. The production side of our industry fascinates me and I almost insist on visiting the factories of every potential supplier so I can understand what goes on behind the facade of beautiful brochures & literature -I’m very rarely disappointed!
Understanding a product’s origin in terms of design and manufacturing is key for me when selecting it for a particular project. I need to have confidence that it not only looks amazing but that it will actually live up to its expectation in terms of function and durability.
“Designing living and work spaces to mirror the dreams and aspirations of our clients is my passion ”
A creative and innovative designer whose passion for interiors, family and living all stem from her warm Spanish heritage. Having grown up with creative parents, Michele has experienced different cultures and worlds.
With her husband Dustin, she works with clients to design spaces that supports their way of life, their personality and their world. From her interest and enjoyment of cooking to her love of colours and materials, Michele has a proven track record of developing stunning, unique and instantly engaging homes, offices and venues.
In over thirty years of renovating and redesigning homes of all shapes and sizes across Europe, she has transformed them into havens of tranquility, places to spend with family, partying with friends or entertaining business associates. Working with hotel groups and charities Michele has designed and delivered events created to satisfy the dreams and needs of private and business clients alike.
Michele’s passion for food, wine, hotels and restaurants is something she grew up with. Her parents came from the hotel and restaurant industry, running their own restaurant for over 30 years in Valencia, Spain where her elderly mother still lives today!
Having five daughters and two dogs, and with professional qualifications in food and wine, Michele understands and appreciates how a home needs to function and integrate in order to satisfy the needs of the individual and the broader family.

Florian qualified as a joiner/carpenter at the age of 19 and spent the following 8 years as a fully accomplished cabinet maker. His passion for craftsmanship is clear in everything he puts his hands to and when he moved to the UK in 2007 his skills were certainly not wasted when he was employed by a furniture manufacturer in Worcestershire.
His move to Cheltenham in 2009 with his wife brought on a change of career seeing Florian move into the kitchen and start training to become a Chef however his desire to be “on the tools” never disappeared. Florian joined L’una full-time in 2013 having spent a short period of time working part-time on various projects. “We saw great potential with Florian and his care and attention to detail were skills at the very core of our business. Bringing Florian into the team full-time was an easy decision adding strength to our installation team!”
Florian now heads up our installation team and manages the site on every project
