Dustin Wise
With over 25 years of experience in the kitchen and interiors industry, my journey indesign began at the age of 20 in Tetbury, where I discovered my passion for craftsmanship, furniture design, and interiors. I started my career working with a small kitchen and furniture manufacturing business, and played an integral role in its transformation into a multi-million-pound company with retail outlets across the South West.
Throughout my career, I’ve remained deeply committed to the artistry and precision that goes into creating beautiful, functional spaces. My passion for detail and my desire to understand the full lifecycle of a product, from its origins in design to its manufacturing process, have always been central to my approach. At L’una Design, I continue to apply these values, ensuring that every product we design and select meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.
Our philosophy at L’una is to curate and design interiors that not only inspireaesthetically but also enhance the way our clients live in their spaces. Whetherworking on kitchens, bespoke furniture, or full interior projects, I am driven by thebelief that design should be both timeless and practical

As co-founder of L’una Design, I work closely with my husband and business partner, Dustin, to create inspiring and highly functional spaces for our clients. With over 30 years of experience in renovating and redesigning homes across the UK and Europe, my approach blends creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of family living to deliver designs that enhance the everyday lives of those we work with.
My passion for interior design began with my first home, a property I purchased and redesigned at just 20 years old in Cheshire. This personal project ignited my life long ambition to develop uniquely captivating homes. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working on properties of all shapes and sizes, transforming them into distinctive spaces that reflect the lifestyles and aspirations of their owners.
Growing up in Valencia, Spain, I was immersed in a culture where design, family, and community are central to daily life. This rich cultural heritage greatly influences my work, guiding my creative process and informing the warm, inviting environments. we create at L’una Design. Every project is a reflection of my commitment to blending aesthetic beauty with practicality, ensuring that each space is both stunning and deeply personal to its inhabitants.
Outside of design, I cherish my role as a mother to our beautiful daughters and my passion for cooking. In 2021, I had the honor of reaching the quarterfinals of MasterChef (Season 17), a personal milestone that allowed me to explore my culinary creativity

I have always had the ability to visualise new design opportunities within an interior.I find it fascinating how an environment can affect how we feel within a space, and in particular our homes where a lot of us spend most of our time. This fascination led me to study well-being within my Interior Design degree at university, just down the road from L’una. My passion for interiors shone through at my End of Year exhibition where Michele and Dustin recruited me to bring my skills and attributes to L’una Design.
I was completely swept away by L’una; as well as their stunning designs and incredible training opportunities, I was drawn to their family-orientated business. I grew up with a large family with lots of cousins where we all love spending time together; this aspect to L’una has allowed me to blossom in work that feels like a home away from home.
In our beautiful showroom and studio, I work alongside our team on interior projects and look forward designing stunning kitchens in the near future! From my experience in photography and graphic design, I also have taken on the marketing side of the business with Michele, where we have been working on our social media platforms, website, branding and planning events... Keep posted for updates!
I seek inspiration through nature by taking my camera or my sketchbook on countryside walks with my dog, Nala and on my travels abroad. While I'm bursting with creativity most of the time and getting my teeth stuck into design, I can also be found enjoying the tranquillity of my local golf course and yoga class.

I like to attribute my creative flair to hours spent on the family farm or wandering around my grandparents' 19th-century lodge, without Wi-Fi, lost in my own imagination. Despite attending a school where creatives took up a mere A5 sheet of the careers board, I followed my heart and studied Interior Design and Architecture at university.
After graduating in 2020, I found a job exactly one mile from my beloved horse, designing residential interiors in a converted barn where I often shared my desk with the pet duck, Pistachio.
After almost 3 years of relentlessly avoiding city life, the opportunities on offer were too good to miss, and I leapt at the chance to join L’una in May 2023. Since then, I have been captivated by our beautiful projects and thrilled to collaborate with a team that doesn’t quack! I look forward to my future with L’una, learning the art of kitchen design and finally (hopefully) conquering the parallel parking outside the office.
No two days are ever the same at L’una but typically its admin in the morning for me, and a then onto designing as soon as possible, usually from midday onwards. Then my desk becomes a sea of samples and drawings for the rest of the day.
If I’m not in the studio, you will find me riding round woodlands on my precious horse, Midge, followed closely behind by a pair of misbehaving corgis, Poppy and Bonnie.
Florian
I qualified as a joiner/carpenter at the age of 19 in Romania spending the following 8 years as a fully accomplished cabinet maker.
After moving to the UK in 2007, my skills and passion for craftsmanship progressed as I began working at a furniture manufacturer in Worcestershire. However, when I moved to Cheltenham two years later with my wife, my career took a rather different path and I ended up training to become a chef. My desire to ‘be back on the tools’ kept pulling at my heart , which is when I met the L’una Design team.I started working as an Installation Assistant, installing our bespoke Italian luxury kitchens and furniture. As time progressed, projects increased and my role became more diverse where I was building systems, furniture and renovating homes and using my craftsmanship in every area of the house.
Ten years later, I am still proud to be a huge part of the L’una family and now head up our installation team and subcontractors. The diversity of projects and my role is something I never thought would be possible.
I’m also a husband and proud father to a beautiful son and daughter who keep me busy with football training and ballet. I also (believe it or not) still play football myself, whilst my legs still allow me!

In Romania, I worked for a large electrical company for many years before spending a year in France as an electrician.
In 2014, I moved to the UK with my family; during that time, I met Florian who had been part of the L'una team for many years, which lead me into a full-time role working for L'una on their project installations. After three years with the company and team, I’m proud of how much I’ve learned and truly enjoy every day at work.
At home, I have a wonderful wife and two lovely daughters who keep us busy with all of their extra-curricular activities.
